Refund policy

At NGNP, every day is an opportunity to improve, and that is why we guarantee the best customer service. We understand that mistakes can occur despite all the processes in place. The warranty on all NGNP products is 30 days for issues related to manufacturing defects.

Returns/Exchanges

For any return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it; it should not be damaged or stained and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your product upon receipt and contact us if any products are damaged or defective.

Unfortunately, all sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

You will be notified as soon as we receive the defective product. If the product passes inspection and meets all return criteria, the refund will be processed automatically using the same method as the initial payment.

To initiate a return, please send an email with your name, the reason for the return, and photos/videos as evidence.
